According to the note 16/DGC/2009 dated February 16th 2009 of the Bank of Algeria and in accordance with the Algerian law 2004-04 and other related decrees; “Certificate of Conformity” also known as “Certificate of Quality”, Certificat de contrôle de qualité, is required for exports to Algeria accompanied by a letter of Credit indicating so.
