During GSTC 2026 held in Phuket, Alberk QA Technic attended a session focusing on the growing importance of food sustainability in the tourism sector.
The session emphasized that restaurants are no longer just service points, but a direct part of a destination’s overall value. Practices such as plant-based menus, local sourcing, and waste reduction are not only good initiatives but also strategic tools that create competitive advantage in tourism.
